Shayna Weinstein is a motivated Computer Engineering student at the University of Kansas, where she is recognized as a University Honors Student and a Dean’s List recipient. Anticipating graduation in May 2026, she has developed a strong foundation in computer programming and engineering principles.Shayna currently works as an Academic Content Tutor for Kansas Athletics, supporting student-athletes in their academic pursuits. Her recent internship with The Cigna Group allowed her to gain hands-on experience in technology development, where she contributed to innovative projects.In addition to her academic work, Shayna serves as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Engineering Ambassador, engaging actively with her peers and prospective students. Her involvement in organizations such as HackKU, Women in Computing, and the Society of Women Engineers reflects her dedication to fostering community and promoting diversity in engineering.Deeply connected to her Jewish community, Shayna participates in Students Supporting Israel and Chabad at KU, where she advocates for Jewish identity and cultural awareness. Her work in coordinating educational programs for youth underscores her passion for inspiring the next generation in STEM fields.
