I maintain approximately 400 client relationships primarily in the Dallas area. I have also grown my territory by 1.5 million dollars year after year, a 20% increase yearly. My role is to build a resourceful relationship with all the contacts and effectively cut costs out of their business by providing necessary Maintenance, Repair, and Operation solutions. I also was the front line resource to Grainger and made our presence known within each of my accounts. I was recognized by management for the excellent customer service that was given to each one of my customers.

PERSONAL STYLIST, NORDSTROMOctober 2005 to November 2009As a personal stylist I was in charge of building a connection with a customer and bring in repeat business. I was very successful in doing this by gaining a customer’s trust for me to dress them for casual and business attire. I would continue to grow relationship with customers by getting to know them like a friend more than just a customer. This was a huge assist in me becoming an All Star after being hired only 2 months by the company. I was number 1 in my department for the 4 years that I was employed by Nordstrom.
