I am training with CTEC to assist and eventually take over the installation and maintenance of reliable, high-speed networking devices and interfaces. This could be anything from security cameras and devices to HDTV antennas, networking cables and interfaces, or complete wired to wireless/wi-fi systems.

Plastic Injection Molding, Vacuum Forming and Digital PrintingWorking at Northern Precision Plastics has enabled me to fulfill multiple crucial roles. As the Quality Management Representative, I'm in charge of maintaining and managing the QMS system and ISO protocols/standards. I also create work instructions, product specification sheets and verify quality control systems are being followed and documented. My experience in graphic design is also being utilized at my company as I am also the Print Coordinator. As Print Coordinator I'm in charge of taking customer art files. This process includes adding measurement marks for our CNC/Forming machines, converting it for quality digital printing, and finally printing to precisely cut sheets that are then formed in house for a perfect and precise product.

Started as a temporary only position assisting the Human Resources Department with benefits enrollment for the upcoming year. What was supposed to be a 3 week position turned into a permanant one. I worked diligently and organized all of the employee information into an excel sheet for ease of access for the entire department, this landed me a permanent job in a new department - the Sales Department. I began working as an Inside Sales Representative immediately upon hire, and my my work ethic and specific skill set aided me in landing a promotion very shortly after beginning work. This promotion would move me into a new department due to a vacancy; I would become the plant-wide Production Planner. Unfortunately, even with the great work envoirnment, fair pay and wonderful co-workers, I was unable to stay at Swenson. I was tackling some very tough personal issues at the time that would not allow me to stay there long term.

Starting my own little slice of the pie, I have taken on small work and personal projects to sell to local businesses. I also repaired computers for those close to me as a hobby, as well as creating brand-new builds with hardware and software installation for a flat fee. Before and during this time I have also completed contracted work for design on websites like Fiverr and commissions for Twitch users and DeviantArt. Most of my design experience is based in Photoshop but I also have experience in Illustrator and 3D modeling (Cinema 4D.) Although I have mostly halted freelance work, and have taken down my portfolios on Fiverr and other sites - I do occasionally still create logos and designs for those close to me, as well as help with any tech troubleshooting! Going out on my own with nothing but myself, my PC and a few programs taught valuable life skills that translate well to the working world. I was able to create and maintain clientele information, had to create systems for file management and organization for projects; not to mention advertise my services to potential new clients.

This position began the same way most of my jobs have - through a hiring agency. Hired initially as a temp-to-hire production worker, I utilized my skillset and work ethic to quickly impress my peers. An opening from within the company was posted on their board for career advancement and I took the opportunity to apply. After a set of tests and interviews, I was chosen for the position over 50 other candidates. This position was my first real experience working in the Human Resources Department. The position was specialized for informing and training new employees on company policies and best practices. I was in charge of creating and running training for all employees, including the on-boarding process for new hires. I created many training courses in my short time at Magna - ranging from computer literacy classes to hands-on manufacturing training. In the end, the company was great to work for but didn't fulfill me nor my desire for more money - so I moved out of this position to set my focus on my own freelancing career, hoping to make more money and work for myself.

My very first job in a brand new town after moving all the way from Pennsylvania. This was my first experience in food processing and my first experience with hiring agencies. This position was a temp-to-hire position, I was hired into the company full-time. Once officially a part of the company, I was responsible for maintaining cooking equipment, as well as creating fresh cracker dough. Often times lifting more than 50 lbs., adjusting equipment settings and verifying proper operation. After each and every batch, we were required to record the time it was created as well as any lot numbers for the products added to the dough. After the batch has started cooking, we scan the lot numbers using a mobile scanner. After our documentation is completed, we are to check that our weights/moisture are acceptable and would pass an audit. Eventually I became weary of the workplace, with a decent commute on topof that - I began looking for work closer to my new home.
