I also lead developments in key release coatings and functional coatings to meet specific customer requirements. My first hand involvement in extracting critical customer requirements helped to ensure our product longevity.

My role centered around defining specific client needs based on direct interaction with our customers. I worked to outlined and executed detailed investigative procedures to help with the detection, analysis and process changes for improved manufacturing capabilities within our organization.My lab work focused on researching the mechanics of radiation curable and solvent cast systems for one of a kind customer solutions. During my tenure I was involved in the Collegiate Industry Advisory Council where I was responsible for mentoring young scientists.
