• Provide telephone and email support for clients regarding their flexible benefits and pensions accounts• Manage relationships with clients and HR departments concerning employee engagement programs• Ensure that all member queries are responded to in a timely manner which is consistent with the. agreed services, Orbit Helpdesk and Benefits Administration standards and brand values• Liaise with pension and insurance providers on a daily basis regarding employee policies• Key communicator between client and Helpdesk team, liaising with senior parties, attending meetings in relations to key correspondents• Serves as first point of contact for employee benefits queries for 50+ enquires email / calls per day by creating the best possible experience for Capita clients• Contribute on the on-going development of technology enhancements to deliver a high level of customer services through website administration• Communicate directly with external administration leads for all clients I manage, to build strong relationships to maintain up to date efficient expectations and policy changes• Build training resources to aid new and existing members of the team on an ongoing basis• Training all new members to the team on IT systems / navigation• Providing new members access to Crib Sheets and Guidelines for clients.
