Renewals Specialist, Senior
Current- Initiate communication to Corporate clients regarding upcoming renewals in a timely manner to ensure anticipated gross revenue meets budget.
- Ensure a seamless renewal process for the client and foster a partnership to retain business, prevent churn and increase revenue levels.
- Meet quarterly quota by closing out interrupted renewals by end-of-month
- Calculate and apply company supplier price increases to annual renewal fees and negotiate fees when necessary.
- Transition legacy clients to standard service agreements by negotiating terms and escalating to legal if needed.
- Review language terms and address contract concerns to mitigate any business risk.
