Renewals Specialist, Senior
Current• Initiate communication to Corporate clients regarding upcoming renewals in a timely manner to ensure anticipated gross revenue meets budget. • Ensure a seamless renewal process for the client and foster a partnership to retain business, prevent churn and increase revenue levels. • Meet quarterly quota by closing out interrupted renewals by end-of-month• Calculate and apply company supplier price increases to annual renewal fees and negotiate fees when necessary. • Transition legacy clients to standard service agreements by negotiating terms and escalating to legal if needed. • Review language terms and address contract concerns to mitigate any business risk. • Update Management on all renewal opportunities, possible at-risk accounts or escalated issues.• Partner with multiple teams on account upgrades, support and technical items and additional subscription services. • Present additional revenue opportunities when necessary and collaborate with Sales on executing strategic growth plans.
