I am a highly experienced Legal Operations and Executive Coordination Professional, with more than many years’ experience acquired through working in executive support and key strategic roles, particularly in EMEIA territories. I am target driven and solutions minded, with a finely tuned understanding of what it takes in practice to secure the best possible service delivery results. Specifically, I have strong root cause analysis expertise, and many years in depth investigative experience. Apple selected me personally to conduct multiple staff training and recruitment initiatives, and I have always been good at building and maintaining robust customer and stakeholder relationships. So, as you might expect, I also have extremely strong team leadership, negotiation, and technical support skills, combined with career long capabilities across a broad spectrum of compliance functions. As a Legal Operations Specialist at Apple’s European Headquarters (from January to July 2022 (a rotation role)), I successfully coordinated handling of legal claims in multiple territories, including the United States, EMEA, JAPAC, China, Australia and New Zealand; worked in close collaboration with in-house and external counsel to manage a series of safety related claims, and played an integral part in negotiating out of court settlements, as well as assisting in preparation for court appearances where settlement proved impracticable. In addition, I conducted in depth research as part of the defence of global class action law suits brought against the company. And in my current permanent role, as EMEIA Executive Liaison with Apple (since 2014), I have represented the company on a number of highly sensitive matters: securing satisfactory resolution of a series of potentially high profile disputes. I also act as Moderator for new tools and projects, conduct complex investigations, worked as Back up Delegator within the Executive Relations Department, and participate in recruitment, training and mentoring of new ER staff members.
