Engaged the entire school in literacy projects using local materials and a series of games that highlighted phonemic awareness, alphabetic principle, and comprehension of the story. Instructed creative writing and short story prompts to upper primary students.• Completed ten weeks of training that included 40 hours of cultural training, 125 hours of technical teaching instruction, and 32 hours of health and safety training including AIDS education.

• Recruitment and Vetting: Increased application submissions by 78.8%. Worked in partnership with the Department of State and other organizations to recruit applicants. Coordinated vetting of a diverse pool of 10,000 applications from 150 countries each year from mid-career international professionals.• Pre-arrival: Acted as the main point of contact for over 70 global emerging leaders from over 40 countries as they began their Fellowship.
