Work directly with Hotel Partners, via email or phone, by responding to inquiries and disputes regarding overcharges that have occurred on Expedia Virtual Cards.Review and research work assigned to queue and monitor queue to ensure cases are within SLA timelines for recovery; maintain departmental metrics by working through queue efficiently and effectively.Research and track communication and actions with Hotel Partners and Customers in SalesForce.Build cases in Salesforce to highlight correlating information found from Cost Adjustment Tool, Admin Tool, Voyager, and other applications to ensure proper resolution is performed.Raises cases to Submissions Team for review and submission for chargeback processing when appropriate; review and research vendor rebuttals that arise after chargeback processing and respond accordingly.Educate Partners on processes and procedures to maximize partner-initiated recovery.

Assist in patient treatment through prescribing exercise regimens as well as home care under plan of the supervising physical therapist, while maintaining protocols and working with insurance companies for reimbursement.Assess range of motion, muscle strength, and overall functional mobility to make recommendations for improvements and document patient progress towards goals accordingly.Provide patient education to patients and family members to best facilitate optimal recovery.Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, case managers, and members of therapy teams to provide cohesive patient care.
