As one of the few professionals in Bangladesh working in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I focus on enhancing workplace productivity and clarity, helping employees align with their long-term career goals. At the same time, I dedicate myself to supporting children with developmental delays, working to ensure they have the tools they need to grow and thrive.Over the years, I’ve gathered diverse experience in renowned organizations, startups, NGOs, and MNCs, working as a psychologist, consultant, and trainer.
