I assisted in coaching students from Kindergarten to 6th grade alongside my high school track coaches. I helped teach a wide variety of events including hurdles, throwing, high jump, long jump as well as general stretches and plyometrics. Besides teaching the sport, being an assistant coach allowed me to implement the importance of leadership, being coachable, as well as trying new things out of one’s comfort zone.

I have worked at Dune Grass Cafe in Bayhead, New Jersey for almost 3 years. At this job I not only waitress, but I have gained important life skills such as multitasking. I gained experience in managing my time efficiently by waitressing on multiple tables. It also taught me to handle disgruntled customers and how to increase customer satisfaction. Waitressing on weekends introduced me to a fast pace environment and provide excellent customer service all the while developing a strong work ethic.
