OLS Bellevue College gives adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to earn an associate degree, achieve gainful employment, and become contributing citizens. The Program Specialist is the systems focal point of the department for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating. The Program Specialist’s primary responsibilities include maintaining multiple quarterly systems, managing contact database of incoming inquiries and network contacts, extracting and compiling reports on data from multiple software programs, scheduling for office personnel and multiple events, managing a large amount of documentation on shares drive and cloud storage, and supervision of work designated for Program Assistant and Work Study students, as well as playing a supporting role for student leadership groups and summer volunteer activities.
