Manage the Operations Control Center (OCC) Modification project, to include scope, schedule, design, and implementation of new radio dispatch equipment as part of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) OCC and 490 Relocation Project. Coordinate the deliver, storage, inspection, and management of site materials and system with Contractor and WMATA personnel. Conduct prompt reviews of all Contractor submittals (schedules, designs, materials, etc.) and analyze Contractor transmittals (daily reports) for accuracy. Assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports as assigned, including PMOC reports. Aid the Project Manager in review and approval of Contractor invoices, ensuring they comply with project documentation requirements. Contribute to the development and evaluation of applicable change orders while analyzing change order documents, including contractor’s request for equitable adjustment, scope of work, basis of estimate, independent cost estimate, preliminary negotiation position, etc. Organize Radio Training with assistance from Contractor for Operations Control Centers, Engineering, and Maintenance personnel. Support project team members in achieving Safety Certification for the radio system equipment for the Operations Control Centers.

Maintained flow and storage of all project documents between project operations, engineering, construction, and other related supports groups utilizing Procore Management Software for the Above Ground Team as part of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) Radio and Cellular Infrastructure Replacement Project. Organized and implemented systems for efficient document processing for all contractor, design, construction, and other internal and external communications. Develop and maintain trackers and checklists to trace project deliverables, such as schedule, subcontractor documents, construction documents, etc. Collaborate with Above Ground project management team members to monitor progress, project communications, and manage meetings and calendars in conformance with work plans and schedules. Ensure all equipment and material received under contract from contractors or subcontractors are inspected, documented, certified and invoiced.

Amtrak

Lead Sr. Analyst performing business requirement gathering, software configuration, software configuration and system integration testing for several stations, including newly opened Moynihan Train Hall NYC for Amtrak’s Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS). Engaged with project PMs and project stakeholders to define Business Rules and template requirements for software configuration resulting in successful deployments. Observed software vendors to ensure software configuration meets the requirement expectations for the project, including American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance. Managed PIDS SharePoint site and implemented document management controls and maintenance to provide Amtrak stakeholders a unified location for all design, testing, and implementation document for various PIDS projects. Maintained the design and budget for the Springfield, IL PIDS project including documenting all equipment and material received are installed, certified, and invoiced. Handled onboarding training activities for new Business Analysts on the project team. Conducted Deployment Quality Check Points for installations to ensure proper approvals from key stakeholders were obtained in preparation for deployment.
