As a Creative Design Head | Front End Head Manager, I deal with an expansive scope of tasks including website architecture, visual communication, interface configuration, showcasing insurance, counseling, and imaginative bearing.• Oversee 3D Module and Animation Team • Manage App Design and App Wireframes • Manage UI/UX | Graphic Design & Front End Team • Develop Design Strategies • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams Skills• Execute a generally speaking and venture based UX guide. • Ownership of the User Experience. • Create the vision for Developing, Communicating, and Implementing the User Experience, and Follow through with the cycles and strategies expected to carry out the vision, all things considered. • Manage and guide an Effective Team of UX Professionals (counting UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers) and their Priorities and Workloads. • Lead World-Class User Interfaces that help and build up Our Product Vision, Brand, and Business Objectives. • Build Respect and Credibility with Stakeholders, Management Peers, Direct Reports, and Executives. • Understand How to Advocate for Customers and Integrate User Research in the Design Process. • Introduce, Develop, and Ensure Best Design Practices, Processes and Communicate Quality Expectations Organizationally. • Collaborate effectively with an Agile, Multi-Disciplinary Team to assess the possibility of Proposed Designs and Champion UX notwithstanding Technical Constraints. • Ensure agreement of Design across numerous gadgets and stages. • Present work to Peers, Stakeholders and Executives for Review and Feedback • Identify and document meaningful patterns and themes from the findings; provide recommendations based on findings• Prepare, conduct, and analyze behavioral in-context research events• Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience based on user research; organize opportunities into visually compelling matrices or maps.

The opportunity to design a life like thing called brand from the scratch or to build upon the existing one and to add value to it in a manner that is both unique and aligned to its envisioned identity is what keeps me going and excited. I am in love with what I do because it allows me to express my self and my creative thought process in an explicit manner.

The position has allowed me to grown in the area of my interest and has always allowed me to experiment with my creative thoughts and to fuse them with business and branding expertise helped me to create masterpieces which were beyond my own imagination. Working in such a position has taught me the importance of teamwork and the value addition it can provide overall.

The inspiration began, I worked with people who were way above my skill set which gave me an active opportunity to learn from my environment, my seniors and it allowed me to improve and provided me the sufficient space and challenges I needed to carve myself into the person I always wanted to be.
