The brand has a flagship store in Gurugram and an online presence as part of its aggressive expansion strategy. Envisioning and managing the business as an enterprenuer, planning expansion and growth are the core competencies required in this venture.

Span Advertising, is a leading organisation engaged in conceptualization, manufacturing, and execution of marketing ideas and concepts in a B2B environment. I co-founded the company and spearheaded the design and marketing department of the company. Additionally, I also took over the sales and new client acquisition initiative, leveraging my industry contacts, resulting in the inflow of multiple high-profile clients.

Yankee Clipper being a multioutlet brand retailed a signature apparel style. The designing of the seasonally-refreshed clothing line posed a unique challenge of blending the vogue style of the moment whilst keeping in elements of the brands signature alive. As part of the organisation, our team blended low-fidelity prototyping using fashion illustrations with economic benchmarking which helped the brand estimate sales for a garment based upon early-stage prototypes.

Roller Coaster, a boutique apparel brand catering to millennials and the fashion-conscious was the domestic division of Asoo Traders. As part of my role, I managed the introduction of new fashion lines, in-store display and apparel/ retail themes. Further, as a core member of the team, I also aided the brand via word-of-mouth promotion and helped the business part-take in multiple fashion weeks.

Intercraft Ltd. is a leading garment exports house. Their domestic retail brand "Intershop" required constant innovation and result-oriented performances. As a merchandiser and designer, our team researched and introduced new designs which matched the demands and dynamicity of the fashion industry on a recurrent basis.
