• Cornerstone (HRIS) implementation for Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation module; liaising with Cornerstone for testing, reviewing configuration & UAT.- Creation of Manager user guides for Cornerstone- Creation of change management/training plan for Cornerstone Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding & Compensation roll out across org- Facilitation and delivery of training nationally- General administrative support across all modules launched• Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, optimize administrative processes, maintain position descriptions, review and update People and Capability policies, oversee visa information, assist with visa applications, manage employee staff discount accounts, upload ACC claims, and coordinate workstation assessments for Support Office team members.• Provide guidance to managers on employment relations, offer advice & support. • Generate monthly retention, attrition, and veterinary recruitment reports for the People and Capability team, provide ad-hoc reports as needed, compile and report on clinic recruitment activity with key KPIs, and assist with Health, Safety, and Wellbeing reporting when necessary.• Manage clinic team recruitment processes, optimize procedures, handle employment agreements and onboarding documentation, advertise positions internally and externally, and oversee the Animates referral program, including processing referral payments.• Maintain effective communication with Area Managers, Store Managers, Practice Managers, and Support Office team. Ensure respectful, professional and written communication. Foster positive working relationships across all company levels and keep the Head of People and Capability informed of any issues, needs, or opportunities
