My Name is Shefali Aggarwal and I am a B.Tech Graduate.I have done B.Tech in Fashion and apparel from Birla Institute affliated with MDU,Rohtak. I have a vast experience in Merchandising, Buying/Sourcing,operations and Profile management in esteemed Buying agencies, Offline Retail and E-commerce portal. In my initial years at work, i have handled International US & UK buyers in esteemed Buying agencies. Worked closely with international buyers like Urban outfitters, Urban Dot com, Anthropologie, Seventh avenue, Capitol importing, Not neutral etc .Later joined an E Comm Portal Yebhi.com as an Assistant Category Manager to handle Home and décor division and got promoted as a Deputy manager. Launched Popular brands like Portico, Stellar USA, Trident, Espirit, Swayam, D decor, Masper, Spread home, Welspun, Weaves, Opal, Archies etc in a span of around 2 years. We were responsible for launching new brands, listing of products and further order execution, delivery, payments and resolving guest escalations After that, grabbed opportunity in retail sector as a Senior Category Manager to handle Home Textiles & Garden division of ‘Pure Home +Living’ which is a premium brand of DLF brands Ltd. I was responsible for Product development as per given specification, vendor sourcing and Order processing, Revenue management, Operations and Guest escalations. Responsible for execution of all processes right from the Product development to the sale of product to end consumer. This involves working closely with the team to accurately forecast/monitor sale trends, Plan stock levels and monitor performance. After working there for around 3.5 years, Joined another E-Comm OYO as an Operations General manager to handle Capital O properties which was introduced as a premium segment of OYO mainly for the corporates and upper segment. Initially I have been handling 20-25 properties(400 inventory) but gradually as the structure changed ,I was moved into stock team with a Portfolio of over 1500 inventory and 200+ partners in Tricity cluster to maintain best Guest Experience, drive Revenue and Occupancy to make Hub profitable.
