Quickly found a position as a Quality Engineer again. I was in charge of the latitude line where i applied my past experience to improve overall quality on the line. I was assigned to support Netjet which expanded my role from inspection to deliveries.

I worked on the 787 Dreamliner where I became a Certified IPC Specialist. I attand the lead position in 2011 responsible for the team performance.

I stayed in the Quality department but moved to a Quality Engineer position where I was able to learn and apply process improvement skills where I exceled in Root Cause Corrective Action and Mistake Proofing.

I was a lead inspector in charge of training new quality team members and answering for the current team on difficult issues.

I started in the quality field on 2nd shift where I was able to learn the inspection methodology and acquire the skills necessary to thrive in the organization.

I began my career on the CJ1 and started up the CJ2 and CJ3. I worked on all the back shop jigs from the nose to the tail cone using a variety of sheet metal tools.My interest in learning all the work centers lead me to become the Crew Chief. I was accountable for the daily production of my team by assigning work loads. I trained new hires during their probation period in order to determine their skill set. I was responsible team morale and finding ways to keep them motivated.
