- Responsible for achieving the market share of TATA genuine parts- Prepare & Monitor the annual marketing budget of TATA genuine spare parts division.Engaging in effective communication and negotiation with principals regarding pricing and products- Devising strategic plans for the establishment of dealer networks in various divisions, including market potential analysis, identifying suitable individuals and locations, and assessing competitor activities.- Planning and coordinating island-wide promotions and develop special TTS schemes in increase product width & depth- Maintaining high-level relationship management with global business partners, particularly those based in India.- Analysing the existing processors and provide solutions by implementing new systems.
