Network/System Engineer Exposure to ISO 27001 based managed service support Provide tech support to users across the company on multiple platforms and manage and troubleshoot Support for Email & Cloud Infrastructure - Azure AD & VM’s - Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Outlook - Managing compliance of Servers & Devices. Managing and monitoring of backups. Maintaining up to date Antivirus and security levels of systems. Liaising & meeting with external IT service providers. Liaising with the Group IT to maintain group IT standards. Preparing IT related Reports for Annual Audits and Monthly review meetings.

• Accountable for IT Services, Infrastructure & Applications of upfield Sri Lanka, reporting to Head of IT, South Asia• Manage an Annual budget of nearly 1 million Rupees across IT Service Lines• Sri Lanka IT Lead for Project Gold to carve out the Spreads business from USL and implement it in Upfield Lanka (divestment to KKR).• Supporting with the IT Network and infrastructure. • Closely working with the central IT team of Upfield, based in the United Kingdom. - IT administration and IT Governance. - Conducting training's on Share Point, office 365 etc... - Liaising with 3P vendors.

- Undertook the Email Migration from ZIMBRA Mail Server to Office 365. - Plan the day to day IT Tasks with the On site IT Admin. - Backup and Recovery Solution.
