As an HR Development Executive with 3 years of experience, I am passionate about driving employee engagement, capability building, and organizational growth. My expertise lies in designing and conducting training programs and fostering them to align with organizational goals.I am currently in my final year of the Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM) at CIPM, where I continue to enhance my strategic HR knowledge and capabilities. Outside the workplace, I am an active Toastmaster, a platform that has allowed me to develop strong communication and leadership skills. Winning recognition in speech contests and serving in leadership roles has further honed my ability to inspire and connect with people effectively. I actively contribute to personal and professional growth as the Vice President Education of the Star Garments Toastmasters Club for 2024/25.
