A major part of my career I have enjoyed in transforming healthcare enterprises, both public and private, using data as a driver and an enabler.I have optimized systems, built efficient processes and developed governance and stewardship framework to improve health outcomes and reduce waste. I have played key role in the organization’ data and analytics maturity journey driving the complete data and analytics strategy from reporting to AI strategy.As part of my current role I am managing the enterprise data analytics platform rollout for one of the largest public healthcare organizations in the Middle East.
