I am a graduate with a 2 plus years of experience in R-29 Solutions as a process associate for invoice processing into Accounts Payable domain.My job responsibilities are,• I am responsible for segregating the invoices and update the information into CRM (Customer Relationship Management).• Actually we receive bulk of invoices, I need to segregate and update the information into the application.• I process the invoice in three way matching process, if all three matches will send the invoice for authentication.• I prepare PO (Purchase Order) for Non-PO invoice.• I am responsible for performing the Internal Audit of the invoice before updating in the CRM• I prepare daily, weekly & monthly production report and send the same to manager.• Follow SOP’s & complete the task as per the TAT (Turn Around Time).• I do floor support and assist the new comers.
