Responsibilities:• Lead in the development of an integrated, organisation­wide strategic communications plan in line with the overall vision and directions of the organization.• Create a brand/marketing/public engagement/relations strategy, and lead in the implementation of TIB’s focused efforts to understand and engage key audiences including the public service recipients, public officials and key influencers and the media to create, strengthen, or preserve conditions favourable for the advancement of the anti-corruption movement.• Develop and implement innovative media and public affairs outreach strategies and initiatives that help move target audiences from awareness to action and sustained engagement with TIB.• Lead in the development and implementation of the digital strategy, and analysis of constituent data to inform strategic communications.• Develop and implement TIB’s social media strategy.• Lead TIB’s efforts to develop relationships with key government and development agencies, preparing quality communications material that augment proposals to agencies and help in reporting successes of programs.• Plan and implement PR and communications campaigns; monitor their effectiveness.• Work with the young generation for anti-corruption communication and outreach with newer and innovative tools and processes.• Develop and implement a strategy for knowledge management and learning in close collaboration with other divisions and units. • Supervise and lead the members of the Outreach and Communication team. • Oversee and set annual performance objectives, in alignment with TIB Strategy for the team and evaluate their performance in accordance with the TIB’s staff performance management procedures.• Identify staff with potential for advancement and, as part of the succession planning process, contribute to their development.
