- Provided go-to-market strategies, market sizing, portfolio management, and commercialization for Fortune 500 companies across pharmaceutical, mHealth/Health IT, medical device, and technology firmsExample projects include: - Wearables in Clinical Trials: Provided product design recommendation to large silicon chipmaker on creating a ‘smart’ wearable device to enhance data collection within clinical trials. Analysis included providing contextual information on proposed efficacy within specific types of drug trials (inc. trial phases, location, etc.) Consulted with 20+ wearable SMEs across technology industry, CROs, etc. - Medical Device Forecasting: Created financial forecasting model (including proposed pricing scheme) based on primary and secondary research for a new procedure within medical device space (currently in clinical trials). Used conjoint analysis to propose future product improvements, and awareness on competitive preferences

- Advised hospitals on improving clinical outcomes and reducing costs through data analysis, insights, and onsite expertise- Engagement manager for key stakeholders including C-suite executive across 7 facilities to realize over $100k in cost savings through reduced length of stay, enhanced documentation, and streamlined clinical processesExample projects include:- Reducing ER utilization for opiod-seeking patients for a rural critical access hospital- Reducing length of stay and overall drug costs for OB/GYN for a large teaching hospital- Improving clinical documentation for moderate sized teaching hospital
