From technical writing of client-facing new-product release notes to management and implementation of new software releases to QA - UAT testing, I worked with many phases of the SDLC for this global SAAS provider of financial reimbursement-account software and services. My business and finance background contributed to my understanding of client requirements and client expectations, an expertise that helped me translate from highly technical language to write release notes that can be easily understood by anyone in a client's board room. Acclaris's products and services are used by major banks and large TPA benefits administrators.

My multifaceted role with this 150-year old industry leader included sales and marketing to local business professionals and business owners through a mix of social media marketing, networking, and client referrals to generate highly qualified, high-net-worth candidates for whole life, disability, and long term care insurance. Client satisfaction services ranged from sales and service visits to organizing and hosting parties including private "house party" rock concerts. Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communications skills were required, plus expert use of software such as Northwestern Mutual's CRM database, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, LinkedIn, and Facebook. I assisted my team in achieving bonuses and a consistent production ranking in the top 10 with the prestigious Joe Teague Agency.

For several years I had the amazing opportunity to lead, and run the daily operations of, this small independent South Tampa real estate brokerage that was originally founded in 1955 by my grandparents John & Annie Biggar. My beloved grandparents raised me, and I first set foot their office on Swann & MacDill when I was a first-grader at nearby Gorrie Elementary. Although we closed the office after the real estate crash, I will always appreciate the honor of being appointed President of Biggar & Biggar.

My "official" role as Director of Sales & Marketing for this small but brilliantly innovative SaaS developer and provider of integrated payroll and HRIS products and services involved wearing many hats. Software testing, quality assurance, process improvement, client relations, client requirements, user story writing, and much more all merged with sales and marketing in a wonderfully creative inter-disciplinary way that enabled me to market and sell DATIS's services with absolute confidence in the technology and with full comprehension of the company's stellar capabilities.
