Graduate Software Engineer Role - DevSecOp - Security and Compliance

This role encompassed the account management of Continuum Commerce Solutions airline and retail clients worldwide as well as coordinating with various internal departments on a variety of tasks within an agile environment to ensure that all CCS clients are provided the optimum management and support of their FX payment solution. The role included many aspects not traditionally associated with account management, such as technical aspects and data analytical aspects and continuously evolved throughout my time with Continuum.High Level Tasks:- Involvement in product decisions from a business perspective from inception of the software product and scoping through the project life cycle to account management post go live of the Continuum payment solution built.-Liaising with our clients relating to Account Management queries regarding their Continuum solution and ensuring that all opportunities to generate additional DCC/MCP revenue are being pursued. e.g., DCC/MCP currency analysis, DCC/MCP margin-based analysis, Website Payment Page UI UX Review- Completing Data analysis of transaction data from the airline and retail industry using Microsoft excel, pivot tables and custom software and ensuring results and revenue projections are fed back to sales, project management and the client though reporting and presentations-Monitoring and providing DCC/MCP statistical performance analysis reporting, documentation and presentations relating to client solutions to ensure DCC/MCP revenues and transaction levels are at optimum levels.-Contributing to SSRS reporting design based on knowledge of client requirements.- Exchange Rate Management
