Audit quarterly invoices and eliminate waste.• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly Excel spreadsheet reports. • Provide customer service, research, respond, follow-up on patient complaints, and draft any needed correspondence.• Ensure all DME employees receive proper training regarding equipment, compliance, insurance benefits, and patient care.• Conduct audits on In-House Provider documentation for completeness and accuracy justifying support for medical codes.• Network with DME suppliers and manufacturers to learn the most current knowledge and new products relating to sleep medicine • Follow current and new rules and regulations about insurance billing of services and equipment• Update patient health information, and submit for prior authorization as needed.• Schedule yearly follow-up appointments/document notes regarding appointments, create automated calls, texts, and/or emails for future contact.
