* Coordinate all recruiting companies schedules, information sessions, information tables and student interviews.* Manage and modify eRecruiting database. (This software is used for companies to post jobs/internships and interview schedules; students can sign up for interviews and view upcoming calendar of events).*Coordinate and organize Clark Atlanta University career fair with more than 80 companies.*Maintain office budget, create requisitions and process all invoices.* Update and create all information that is placed on the Clark Atlanta University website under the Career Planning and Placement link.* Order all office supplies and maintain inventory.* Supervise and oversee workload of all student workers.* Coordinate and work with other campus divisions including but not limited to Physical Plant, Sodexho, Enrollment Service, Leadership and Professional Development, Staff Assembly, the School of Business, Auxiliary Services , Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
