With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I am currently the Vice President of Care Access and Business Development at Vitra Health, a leading provider of home health services. In this role, I leverage my skills in healthcare information technology (HIT) and healthcare management to oversee the operations, quality, and expansion of the care access and referral network, as well as the strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Previously, I served as the Interim VP of Health Centers/Regional Health Center Director at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, where I managed the clinical and administrative aspects of 4 health centers across the Boston, Metro, Central and West regions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and affordable reproductive and sexual health care. I also have a long-standing background as the MGH OBGYN Operations Practice Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I was responsible for the operational, financial, and human resources management of the OBGYN department, as well as the implementation and optimization of HIT systems and processes.
