Worked closely with Relationship Executive to support the on-going needs of a 17 client portfolio of Corporate Banking Clients across the complete range of Bank Products. Prepared call reports, monitored cross-sales to ensure that our customer satisfaction is met and to maintain client relationships. Completed credit submissions in addition to annual reviews to ensure a timely delivery of decisions, documentation and funding to the client and the accuracy of information on source systems. Covenant monitoring ensuring that client conducted facilities within the agreed arrangements with the Bank.
