1.Export work content1) Put the orders into company system and convey the foreign client's requirements to Production Dept.2) To coordinate with Production Dept.Assembly Dept,Inspection Dept and Warehouse Dept.then contact with forwarder,ask it pick up the goods and prepare for shipping documents.3) Track the Export customs declaration sheet in time so that the Finance Dept can get Export refund in the period of validity.2.Import work content1) Place the orders to foreign factories and confirm the products' details2) Transfer the payment to factory and arrange for forwarder to pick up the goods.3) Prepare for importing documents to declare when gets arrival notice.4) Apply for paying import taxes.3.Regularly remind foreign clients of wiring goods payments.Check the bills from forwarder,trading company,Fedex and PICC.4. Repairing goods' importing and exporting.5. Confirming tcontract's terms and L/C contents,place order to factory, making relevant documents for bank to get L/C amount.
