A strong team leader, I have mentored and built teams that work together to achieve individual and collective targets to deliver multi-diverse policy and to highlight diversity at a extremely high level throughout the Cabinet office and across the civil service community. With tools such as social media and outreach programmes together with the results of data research and statistics we have been able to identify individual and collective awareness training needs to enable the workforce staff to reach out and identify continuous diversity and inclusion improvement within their business areas.
