The DITA XML Specialist position allowed me to leverage my technical writing expertise to help coordinate the necessary requirements for content governance, using DITA XML. Wrote and edited customer-focused user documentation, online help, product overviews, release notes, embedded help, user interface (UI) labels and error messages.
