I'm an experienced Early Childhood Educator (ECE) with over 20 years in working with children, as well as leading and training adults. I have a passion for yoga, nature and music, and I love integrating these into my teaching practices. One of my strengths is sharing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills with preschoolers and their caregivers in fun and creative ways.I have 2 Yoga Certifications: Breathe for Change 200 hr (includes yoga, mindfulness and SEL for PreK - adult), as well as Yoga Ed RCYT (preschool - 6th grade). I own my own business, Learning the Calm, where I teach inclusive, trauma-informed Yoga and Wellness classes to young children and their educators in and around the greater Denver area, but am always looking for new schools to partner with.I am Lead Teacher qualified, Level 3 in Colorado's PDIS, and certified in First Aid and CPR.
