Key Result Areas:• Drive Purchase function with annual turnover of 4000 Cr for Domestic 5 Plants & Overseas 3 Plants.• Responsible for Spend 0f 300 cr with 120 Supplier & 4000 SKU with Team of 6 members.• Ensure Strategic sourcing in High Value Spend of Commodities, Capex, all indirect Purchase.• Procurement of bought outs, Engineering , capex, project, modification, packing material, direct material• Managing all procurement related operations to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the process. • Purchase, Planning, Scheduling & follow up to vendor on Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis For Business Target .• Budgeting and planning the funds for procurement and sourcing of facilities& ensuring optimum utilization.• Working on SAP MM,& implementation of ECC 6.0,GST ,SAP HANA systematically• Managing day-to-day issues of supply chain Resolving shortages in advance as per 3 day rolling plan from PPC.• Adhering to SOPs rigorously in SCM and driving any change, if needed in consultation with management

• Procurement of O&M & other project material for wind turbine power generation site. • Setup of section wise stores & train peoples to ensure proper receipt,storage,issue to O&M • Worked on SAP & give training to SCM section users & control them thru CMS(Central monitoring store) • Train team members in their day to day operational activities & lead, motivate & guide the Team.• Working knowledge of MM,CS SAP Module at Suzlon & give training to O&M new joinee users how to make PRs,requisition & posting entries on time so that procurement can get correct data always as per physical stocks to avoid shortage • Handling successful various audits & implement safety requirement at site

• Planning & Follow up to vendors for daily inflow as per production & dispatch plan • Manage & Control Inventory norms at Tractor supply module & Subcontractors.• Daily Coordination with Production, Quality & other Functions for quality resolutions, clearance.• To provide continuous improvement initiative in working area & at suppliers as a Member of CIT..• To lead and co-ordinate ISO-90001,OHSAS-18001,ISO-14000,KANBAN,Deming award
