With over 8 years of experience as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Geography at Government College, Hoshiarpur, I am passionate about educating and inspiring the next generation of geographers and environmentalists. I develop and deliver engaging courses, supervise field and laboratory work, evaluate student performance, and organize educational trips, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions. I also pursue my research interests in Climate Change and Water Resources, holding a Ph.D. in Geography from Indira Gandhi National Open University, where I studied the impact of climate change on the Beas River basin of western Himalaya. My research has resulted in multiple publications, presentations, and collaborations with national and international experts. I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Development, enhancing my knowledge and skills in geospatial technologies, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Engine. I am eager to connect with fellow geographers and environmentalists to explore opportunities for learning and collaboration.
