Our buyers include - J.C Penney, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, SearsResponsibility:-Production planning forecast for the year.Looking after the JCP , Kohl’s and Wal-Mart labels.Handling Woven Bottoms (Trousers) – Ladies and Gents.Liaising with multiple suppliers during the entire order process.Liaising with Head Office, Buying Agents / QC’s in USA, HK.Managing time and action and ensuring timely execution of all decisions.Identifying and resolving product specific issues upfront and communicating with the HO for any changes if required. Fabric inspection reports from the Fabric Dept. based on the 4point inspection and arranging for the replacements of defective yardages if anyMaintaining and updating the performance data of each supplier on regular basis.Interacting with Sampling Department for (Development, Fit, PP, etc).Independently handled orders at overseas factories from development to order execution.Highlights:-Closely interacted with Hong-Kong office on the despatch of fabric and trims to run according to the plan formulated for production, the main reason being feeding a factory that manufactures 21000 garments in a day.

ProductionResponsibly:- Optimum utilization of man, machines & material to meet the buyer's requirement and to Increase the plant efficiency.Achieve planned production by preparing work programs and by implementation of production control Methods.Managing the manpower for the plant.Monitoring order performance for various customers in terms of order fulfilment, on time delivery..Planned and Implemented incentive scheme for all the departments.Calculating the realization for the Full plant to the end of Every monthDirect research into new and improved production methods. Target complete elimination of reworks in the cutting, sewing and finishing departments.Implement system of WIP MANAGEMENT in all the departments of production..

ProductionResponsibility:-Make operation bulletin for the new styles.Making cut plans for cutting and feeding for 3 different factories. Manage three sewing & finishing lines. Finalize the standard operating procedure and working Formats for all the departments.To ensure all the safety requirements set by various customers are met.
