Mott MacDonald is managing the delivery of the Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement Program called Leh Wi Lan (LWL). LWL is implementing a €62 million pounds project in 16 districts including Freetown on behalf of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) formerly DFID. LWL seeks to support the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) to improve learning outcomes for boys and girls at Secondary level, and to increase the enrollment, retention and well-being of girls and children with disabilities in school. The program works with all government and government assisted schools in Sierra Leone.

GOAL Sierra Leone is an International Humanitarian organization who has been in Sierra Leone for more than 15years. Their mandate is to support the poorest and most vulnerable communities with basic humanitarian needs. They build schools, hospital, hand dug well and toilets for villages within their operational areas.

Health For All Coalition has been appointment by the Government of Sierra Leone to monitor the delivery of the Free Health Care Initiative. The Free Health Care system was created by the Government to provide medical services for Pregnant, Lactating Mother's and Children under 5 years old
