Working as a member of the testing team to provide consulting services to product, design, and continuous improvement engineers. Creating and performing testing plans for material onboarding, accelerated aging, and design validations. Using instrumentation such as tensile, cycle, and drop testers, along with environmental chambers to better understand how products perform when used by consumers. Designing test fixtures, as well as creating test reports to share with cross-functional teams.

Supported manufacturing line continuous operation by sorting parts, collecting and analyzing data, meeting with engineers and operators, and assisting with paperwork. Utilized Microsoft Office, Cornerstone training, Intrastage, BPCS, Minitab, PowerBI, and Agile to perform tasks as necessary. Performed PQ and OQ testing and paperwork, filled out rework instructions, IQ reports, material charge outs, and process validations. Provided the engineering team with strategic A3’s quarterly to determine priorities and future projects based on defect and scrap rates.Became a certified line operator on a surgical device manufacturing line and worked on the line full-time for a month doing both COS assembly and packaging.

Provided tutoring services to students in the online-based precalculus courses for individuals who needed in-person instruction or have content related questions. Ensured academic integrity by proctoring exams for students in the Precalculus Testing Center and reporting all concerns to program directors.

Supported Orchid’s Affirmative Action goals by consolidating multiple data sources to report all applicants and employees in the 2019 and 2020 plan years by level and demographic. Utilized Excel, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and Human Resource Information Management System (HRIS) reporting functions to ensure data accuracy.
