As Restaurant manager I am in charge of running the kitchen and managing a staff of twenty. I deal with nightly and weekly money handling, rosters, pays, ordering stock and the hiring of new staff. I have extensive experience in customer service as a result of my time at Chicken treat.

responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering questions, taking orders, running food and drinks. I worked in collaboration with back of house and front of house staff to ensure guest experiences were as memorable and positive as possible.

I was responsible for greeting and seating guest as well as taking orders and expediting food. During my time at Stanley's I also worked as a bartender, worked as a banquet server at weddings and other private events and bussed tables. I was also responsible for cash out at the end of the night.

Whilst working as a hostess at Black and Blue my main responsibility was welcoming and seating guests. I was also responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining the flow of the restaurant and answering any questions guests had about the restaurant and it's menu.
