Client Services Manager
Current• Manage and deliver on top-line revenue and gross margin target.• Lead and support the creation of client proposals, oversee all contract renewals, extensions, add-ons, and negotiations, thereby expanding the business footprint with existing clients. • Implement and manage controls to ensure success of key delivery metrics: financial health (gross margin and net operating income), client expectation management and satisfaction, and team/employee sentiment. • Build client confidence by fostering authentic relationships and anticipating needs through knowledge of client organizations. • Ensure regular updates of management communication tools, including project health, financial and resource forecasting, risk/issue logs, and management dashboards throughout the lifecycle of all assigned engagements.• Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and process optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams to support the ongoing identification, sales engineering, and successful closing of new business, driving growth within a given market or business unit.
