• Managing relationships with multiple Microsoft Dynamics partners across North and South America.• Serve as a Tier 2 response to partner needs, simplifying complex licensing issues, organizing partner/customer accounts, communicating program changes, and working to minimize issues. • Focus on driving satisfaction for both partner and Microsoft Field.• Deliver relative training and account management to ensure partner growth and business development.
