- Oversee the entire booking calendar for both ACL Live Moody Theater and 3TEN, being the liaison between ACL Live Bookers, agents, artists and promoters. Responding to calendar inquires, avails and challenges in a timely and professional manner to assure that Moody and 3TEN get the desired shows in our venues- Handle all details of contracting and administrative work for every show booked at the venues. Including but not limited to red-lining contracts, approving riders, certificate of insurance for each show, obtaining proper government documentation for accounting, etc.-Process donation requests for charities, in house comps and show credentials -Diligently stay active in my GM’s conversations to assure nothing slips through the cracks and resurface issues when needed. As well as quickly route anything that needs her approval.-Order office supplies, company credentials and branded marketing products. As well as receive and sort all mail and deliveries- Serve as the general hub of information from keeping track of employee vacation, company holidays, facilitating staff meetings and much more.

- Oversees all company’s in-store hiring needs, which expands 4 markets in Texas with 22 retail stores and a new market opening out of state in June- Successfully created and actualized an Employee Referral program in 2015 to gain better applicants and assist in employee retention- Steered and launched the HR Team to use an online Applicant Tracking System, helping stream line our hiring process- Communicates successfully with 23 store managers, 4 district managers, HR Team and various vendors through multiple lines of communication - Strategizing hiring plans, submits and creates weekly job posting based on market needs and continually brainstorming inventive ways to gain new applicants- Conduct in-person interviews and personally hire all Austin applicants, then follow through with various new hire administrative tasks from creating log-ins to new hire paperwork- Daily protecting our brand by treating our potential employees as customers, giving them an enjoyable experience to walk away from- Various other projects includes planning and overseeing: corporate holiday party, All staff holiday party and yearly Corporate Retreat

- Assisted HR in screening online applications, personally reviewing each one for compatible in not only skill and availability but also in cultural fit- Handled phone screen interviews for in-store openings in all four markets in Texas- Assisted on the HR Hiring Revamp Team in creating a better internal hiring system that led to more efficient use of time and better quality employees.

Responsible for community outreach, enhancing the Dallas Opera’s presence in the city and community through various outlets- from events to partnerships with companies or organizations - Assisted in creating, planning and implementing patron benefits to insure that we maintain our loyal patron base - Researched, planned and oversaw all the marketing department’s special events; both patron events and community outreach events including recitals, tastings, book clubs, lectures, launch parties etc. - Scheduled the staffing and coordinated all volunteer help for the marketing department’s special events and performance schedules- Handled the young professional group of the Dallas Opera; planned events, lead the volunteer board, processed renewals notices and handled member retention and marketing for new members- Part of the team that strategized on the overall marketing plan for the Dallas Opera, from full printed pieces to grass roots brainstorming
