When you submit an application online to attend our show I'm the one who reviews it. :) ■ Manage pre-show registration, on site registration and post show reports for two shows per city per year in Long Beach, CA, New York, NY and in Las Vegas, NV. ■ Review and verify over 40,000 credentials per show for all buyer, distributor, press, manufacturer, exhibiting staff, guest and non-exhibiting designer registration applications. ■ Oversee the Agenda Trade Show registration system daily and initiate innovative ways to update the system. ■ Hire, train and lead temporary staff teams of 30 or more during each of the 6 shows annually. ■ Responsible for all attendee verbal and written communication on a daily basis. ■ Manage all registration financials, expense reports, check requests, supplies, temporary staff salaries and weekly registration numbers. ■ Work directly with the marketing and retail relations department creating innovative solutions to improve our registration numbers.About the Show:Agenda is the most diverse and creative lifestyle fashion trade show in the world. ■ Merchandised the showroom daily by creating state-of-the-art and interactive displays focusing around our new product. ■ Contstantly reviewing and buying new product to enhance our showroom and cater to our clients wants and needs. ■ Scheduled daily fireplace cleaning and installation work orders for our 8-10 different technicians. ■ Processed and managed financials from purchases and imported them into our system daily. ■ Generated over a 100 estimates for potential customers and followed through until contracts were signed. ■ Worked with the accounts receivable department to process and pay outstanding invoices. ■ Greeted, worked, and helped our customers constantly while maintaining and organizing the showroom.
