Having worked with her on several digital projects, I can truly say that her organization and execution skills are some of the best that I have ever seen. The skills and knowledge that she brings to any mid to large scale effort is sure to result in a well executed and successful project. Shelby is a true professional who would be an asset to any organization. " and "Shelby was an incredible asset to DC Action for Children. She came on board as a part-time paid intern to help with general operations support but soon after because of staffing changes and our continued growth Shelby's role immediately grew. Overall I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Shelby. Anyone who hires her would be incredibly lucky to have her on staff. Her biggest assets are her initiative, ability to navigate multiple tasks and program management. We were a very small staff when Shelby was with us and often she took on a lot more responsibility than normally expected. She stepped up and without wavering succeeded in taking on more responsibility. Shelby also had a wonderful way of managing multiple tasks at the same time. It would simply amaze me to see her lists and not only would she accomplish them with grace and quality work but she never complained that she had too much or was nervous about taking on the work. This exemplified her willingness to always be a team player. We miss having Shelby on staff. I know that she contributed so much while she was with us. Please feel free to reach out if you have specific questions. "
