• Responsible for completion of all customer onboarding documentation including but not limited to Supplier questionnaire documents, Certificate of Insurance, W9, banking forms, etc.
• Responsible for consultant paperwork and onboarding. This would include but is not limited to, facilitating employee background checks and drug testing, collecting client-specific documentation, tax forms, Form I-9, etc.
• Responsible for all Statement of Work and Purchase Order collection and tracking
• Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure proper invoicing on a weekly/monthly basis
• Responsible for data entry of employee new hire information, processing any changes in employee information and billing, and data entry of contract employee termination information including reasons and effective dates.

• Responsible for contract, contract to hire and permanent paperwork and on-boarding. This would include facilitating employee background checks, drug testing, collecting client-specific documentation, processing.
• Responsible for maintaining data related to employee compensation, benefits, tax documentation, I9, PTO/holiday, etc.
• Act as main point of contact for problem resolution involving contract employee payroll and benefits.
• Possess general knowledge of payroll and benefits, including employment agreements, disclosure agreements, health insurance, and 401K.
• General knowledge of government regulated employment laws to ensure requirements are met..
• Responsible for data entry of employee new hire information, processing any changes in employee information and billing, and data entry of contract employee termination information including reasons and effective dates.
