Account Coordinator supports clients’ direct response TV (DRTV) marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Account Executive on strategic planning for DRTV clients with ROI and/or audience delivery goals, preparing for client communications, generating and justifying media proposals, managing buyers, managing media, and generating accurate and timely performance reports.

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times- Attentively answer and monitor a high volume of telephone calls- Monitor guests’ billing and accounting folios to ensure proper arrangement of finances- Simultaneously perform duties as Front Desk Agent, PBX Operator, and Marketplace Attendant

- Attend to a high volume of telephone calls- Manage multiple phone lines at one time- Practice and uphold proper/professional phone etiquette- Effectively direct incoming calls to the correct department within company

- Oversee child check-in and create detailed, personal profiles for each customer- Attentively watch up to 15 children at a time, ensuring their safety and happiness- Efficiently attend to a number and variety of customer wants/needs at any given time- Promote current rates and strive to sell better offers to current customers

- Oversee club check-in and handle inquiries in an efficient and timely manner- Ensure customers are properly registered and appropriate fees paid- Process monetary transactions- Ensure products are selling and promote daily deals/giveaways- Promote current club rates and discounts
