Working knowledge of in- house lab machines including IDEXX Lasercyte and Catalyst. Radiology positioning to achieve ideal images. Set up and tear down for common surgical procedures, sterilization preparation and operating the autoclave equipment. Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery. Maintain a clean and organized kennel area. Perform janitorial duties; stocking, sweep and mop the floors, take the trash out. Walk all the dogs twice daily, move to new kennels twice daily and provide access to clean food and water at all times. Bring boarders to and from the boarding area for pick up or drop off. Assist any veterinary technicians or assistants if needed.
