At University Impact, I reviewed the company's monthly financial statements, managed the company's cash flows, standardized and streamlined the company's accounting processes, and prepared those processes to be automated.

I participated in an On-Campus Internship at BYU with Continental Bank. My team and I used Excel VBA to automate the generation of a multi-step monthly report, reducing the time to create the report from around 8 hours to only 30 seconds. We also analyzed the bank's CRM system to evaluate how the bank could train its employees to use the system more efficiently. We identified the areas in which employees needed the most training, the optimal amount of time to spend on those trainings, and the benefits that would result from them.

At Brookfield Country Club, I organized and hosted dining events for up to 400 patrons; increased coordination across club departments by addressing members' financial, enrollment, and recreational needs; and managed the tracking system for the members' monthly fees.
