An accomplished and effective counsellor, Sheldon is a Master's level therapist currently registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with a graduate degree from an accredited Counselling Psychology program. Sheldon has developing an approach as an existential-humanistic, person-centred therapist with a background in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
